The Château Pesquié Quintessence Blanc 2019 is an appellation Ventoux eco-friendly wine from the Rhône region in France.
This cuvée of great elegance is produced in limited quantities each vintage by Château Pesquié. Quintessence is a fresh, rich and complex white wine. It comes from a majority of Roussanne (80%) to which Clairette (20%) brings balance.
At the tasting, the balance is detectable between the freshness, the tension of the wine, and a nice roundness. The aromatic intensity is expressed in white flowers, oriental spices (saffron and curry) and a beautiful minerality.
The 2019 Château Pesquié Quintessence Blanc is great with white meat and seafood. Drink 2019 - 2027.
