The Château Mont-Pérat Blanc 2016 from Bordeaux is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc 65% and Sémillon 35%.
Roger Voss describes it as "Crisp and fruity, this wine is full of apple and citrus flavors. It also features a touch of wood and spice, with a creamy aftertaste from the light wood aging."
Dry, medium acidity and with a nice soft finish, the 2016 Château Mont-Pérat Blanc, like its older sibling the 2015 vintage, is great value for money and very drinkable now.
